HandheldCanada strives to provide return policies that are fair, reasonable and reflective of the manufacturers policies that we must adhere to. Our goal is to provide the best possible service we can for all HandheldCanada customers. 21 Day Return Policy Unopened: A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied(Min/Max: $20/$60) Opened: Non-returnable Manufacturer Warranty • Defective Products Due to manufacturer return policies, HandheldCanada is not able to accept returns of defective products. Defects are covered by manufacturer warranties and customers will be better served by working directly with the manufacturer to have a defective product repaired or replaced. HandheldCanada will assist customers in dealing with manufacturers who are not providing satisfactory response to warranty issues. HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT Fill out the Technical Support Form. Once approved, HandheldCanada will issue an RMA number and send this to you. Package up your product, ensuring all original materials and packaging is included. For fastest service, a copy of your invoice should be included in the box. Clearly mark the outside of the package as Warranty Product for Return* and include your RMA number. Ship product back to HandheldCanada, using a reliable shipping method that will ensure the product arrives on time and undamaged. HandheldCanada recommends UPS Expedited service. All shipments must be fully insured and all shipping costs must be paid in full by the sender, including customs and brokerage fees associated with International orders. *International Customers: It is important to declare your package as a "Warranty Product for Return" on the Customs Declaration Form, as well as clearly marking the outside of the package. Product returns must be shipped using a method that includes Customs and Brokerage Fees. We recommend UPS Expedited or UPS Express. Although the cost of these services are slightly higher than other shipping methods, they include Brokerage which can exceed $50 when not prepaid. HandheldCanada cannot accept any International shipments where customs and brokerage fees have not been prepaid in full.

Shipping

Shipping Deadline Most shipments leave at approximately 2pm local time at our respective warehouses, Monday - Friday. All orders that we are able to process prior to 2pm will be shipped the same day. Orders that cannot be processed prior to the 2pm deadline will be shipped the next business day. Please allow enough time for processing and packaging of your order! HandheldCanada uses shipping methods that reduce costs to our customers while ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of their purchases. Our order volumes entitle us to significant shipping discounts and we pass these savings on to our customers. Delivery times are estimates only and are dependent on several factors. P.O. BOXES All shipments require a valid street address and must be signed for by the customer. We CANNOT ship to P.O. Boxes. USA/INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS HandheldCanada does not charge taxes on International orders. However, International orders may be subject to taxes and duties imposed by local authorities and we encourage our customers to enquire at their local UPS office or government agency for assistance in this regard. HandheldCanada recommends our International customers select a shipping method inclusive of brokerage to obtain a higher level of service and avoid unexpected fees.
